“What you can do, or dream you can, begin it,
Boldness has genius, power, and magic in it”

For me, coaching – in its the best form – is a flow experience with the client; a creative process that helps them to fulfill their highest potential.
In a personal dialogue, I can give nothing but my personal presence, my full and undivided attention. However, this presence can manifest itself in many ways. Maybe I ask a question, show a mirror (give feedback), tell a story (offer a metaphor), ask my client to write, analyze, synthesize, change perspectives…, or just sit together with them in silence. But I might also come up with a paradox, a koan that inspires us not to stick to the level of words, but to dive deeper to see the real problem.
